How refunds work
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Plus subscriptions. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Open the relevant transaction and choose "Request a refund".
Refunds normally appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
Plus renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page — cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't generally offer refunds for renewals after the 30-day window, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used Plus that period, request a refund through paddle.net and we'll do the right thing.
Free tier
The Free tier is, well, free — there's nothing to refund. Uninstall the extension whenever you'd like.
